Since TimesTen is at the middle-tier and acting like a cache datastore (replicated), the core version of the back-end database does not seem to matter much (Oracle docs specify 10.2.0.1 or 9.2.0.8 or greater). However, TimesTen v.7 will somehow integrate with RAC.
